Across the high valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan, the Gilgit-Baltistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (GBISE) is the authority that examines and certifies school-leavers throughout the northern territory. Two qualifications fall under its remit. The first is the Secondary School Certificate, the Matric stage covering Class 9 and Class 10, where students follow either the Science or the Arts group. The second is the Higher Secondary School Certificate, the Intermediate stage of Class 11 and Class 12, where candidates settle into streams such as Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS, ICom and FA. Compulsory papers like English, Urdu, Islamiat and Pakistan Studies run alongside the chosen group at both levels. Beyond setting and marking these papers, GBISE registers candidates from affiliated government and private institutions, allots examination centres across a region where schools are scattered over long mountain distances, conducts annual and supplementary sittings, and issues the gazettes, mark sheets and certificates that students carry into college, university and employment. Having a board rooted in Gilgit-Baltistan itself matters here: it spares candidates from depending on examining bodies based in distant provinces and keeps registration, marking and verification within the territory. For every dated notice, from admission forms to result declarations, the board's own website at https://www.gbise.edu.pk stays the authoritative reference.
A searchable GBISE past-paper collection is not live on PakBoards yet, and we would rather say so plainly than show numbers we cannot stand behind. For anything the board alone issues, the right destination is gbise.edu.pk: that is where Gilgit-Baltistan students should look up result declarations, download a roll number slip ahead of the annual papers, read the current datesheet, and check syllabus or scheme-of-study notices for SSC and HSSC. While we gather and verify Gilgit-Baltistan papers, you can keep your preparation moving by practising on boards already stocked here that examine the same Matric and Intermediate subjects. Verified GBISE papers will be published on this page, sorted by class, subject and year, as soon as we have them in hand.

Not yet. The GBISE archive on PakBoards is still being built, so there are currently no Gilgit-Baltistan board papers, year ranges or subject pages to download. We will not invent a collection that does not exist. Once papers are sourced and checked, they will be published here by class, subject and year. In the meantime, use the official GBISE portal for the latest announcements.

Inter Part II
The official GBISE website at https://www.gbise.edu.pk is the authoritative source for Gilgit-Baltistan board notifications. Look there for SSC and HSSC datesheets, roll number slips, syllabus or scheme-of-study updates, and result declarations. Because GBISE issues these directly, always confirm exam dates and result news against the official portal rather than relying on unofficial copies circulating elsewhere.
GBISE conducts the two standard public examination cycles for the Gilgit-Baltistan region. The Secondary School Certificate (SSC), or Matric, covers Class 9 and Class 10, and the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC), or Intermediate, covers Class 11 and Class 12. Students register through affiliated schools and colleges, sit annual exams at regional centres, and receive certificates issued under the board's authority.
From the GBISE hub, you can check results by roll number, download past papers, view date sheets, find your roll number slip, browse the syllabus, and access pairing schemes — all specific to GBISE.

Pakistan boards differ in result timings, paper patterns, official portals, and document release habits. Keeping each board isolated makes the site clearer for students and stronger for search intent.
