By accessing or using PakBoards ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use PakBoards.

Description of Service

PakBoards is an educational platform that provides access to Pakistan board examination resources including results, past papers, date sheets, roll number slips, syllabus documents, and pairing schemes. We aggregate and organize publicly available educational resources to make them more accessible to Pakistani students, parents, and teachers.

PakBoards is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any Pakistan board of intermediate and secondary education (BISE) or any government education authority.

User Accounts

Some features of PakBoards may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PakBoards only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access, extract, or download content from the Platform in bulk without prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems or databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
• Use the Platform to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content of the Platform without authorization.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform contains content including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and software that is owned by or licensed to PakBoards. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Past examination papers hosted on the Platform are provided for educational and personal study purposes. These papers may be subject to copyright held by the respective boards of education. PakBoards provides access to these materials as an educational resource and does not claim ownership of board examination content.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, PakBoards does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Board results, date sheets, and other official information should always be verified through the respective board's official website.

If you find any incorrect information on PakBoards, please report it through our issue reporting form so we can investigate and correct it promptly.

Premium Services and Payments

PakBoards may offer premium features or services that require payment. By purchasing premium services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in the currency indicated on the pricing page.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be stated on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

PakBoards may contain links to third-party websites, including official board websites. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PakBoards and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform. Termination
